What To Do If You Have Someone That is Interested?

If someone is interested in becoming an Agent with Shield Financial, reach out to your direct manager to let them schedule a call with them to go over this position more in detail! After this they will need to be plugged into Equis Financial system to sign the Insurance Contract Agreement (ICA), in order to be receive the discounted pre-license course information and begin contracting process.
